Marketing and Proposal Coordinator job in Dallas, Texas, USA

New requirement for a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator job with an architectural and design firm in Dallas, Texas. The position will see report to the Marketing Manager for the firm and assist in the coordination and creation of proposals for a wide variety of projects as part of this award-winning business.

Our client covers a wide range of industry types including, corporate interiors, aviation, healthcare, education, hospitality, sports, and more. They're now over 100 members of staff split across four offices and due to continued success, they're now looking to expand their marketing team with this position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the marketing team with RFPs and decision making
  • Liaise with the wider team for scope and fees of projects
  • Database and filing system management
  • Coordination and follow up of proposals, overseeing the sub-consultant prequalification process
  • Creation and coordination of proposals
  • Carry out research and data gathering exercises
  • CRM database management and maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in marketing, marketing communications, or similar
  • Proficient with MS office and Adobe suite
  • Experience with RFPs
  • Driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Experience working within an architectural or design firm is highly desirable.
