We are currently looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis for 40 hours per week in the Central London area.
Role responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of Marketing, Events, , PR and Internal Comms
· Responsible for booking advertising, maintaining records of visual advertisement, dates times used in
each campaign to establish effectiveness - working with printers developers on design and to get best
value for money.
· Able to analyse and present Return on Investment (ROI)
· Develop marketing collateral and coordinate for all channels including promotional briefs, copywriting,
media, print, web, social media, and email.
· Raise the profile both online and offline, building partnerships and attending key industry events as
agreed
· Ensure all plans, collateral and marketing have undergone the appropriate levels of collaborative
development, integration with brand and other marketing activity
· Manage and report to the Head of Operations and wider Senior Management Team on specific project areas - reports would
include analysis of data and statistics.
· Organise and work with department managers to organise events including the Annual Student Awards
liaising with department managers / external companies / sponsors
· Organise Staff presentations and events working with department managers and the Senior Management Team
The person & qualifications
CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing L4 or equivalent- working towards.
· Proficient in the use of Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Publisher)
· Proficient in the use of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop & Acrobat Professional
· Strong marketing product background both on and off line
· Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders
· Internet and Database marketing experience (Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook & Twitter)
· Experienced in providing PR/marketing support within the UK
· Marketing reporting experience - creating report on marketing activities
