Marketing Coordinator Job in Guildford, Surrey

A Marketing Coordinator job working for the UK's leading provider of affordable homes, high-quality housing developments and regeneration projects. Our client is looking for someone who is looking to further their career in marketing. This role is offering a salary of up to £30,000 and an exciting opportunity to help promote their brand-new office and region as well as their housing developments across West Sussex.

With nearly 1000 members of staff spread across 9 regional offices, our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their brand-new office in Surrey.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advertise, co-ordinate and manage corporate events to promote the new region
  • Manage and co-ordinate external and internal communications
  • Develop a collection of relevant marketing assets to promote the brand to target audiences
  • Build relationships and proactively network with all clients at industry events
  • Deliver all marketing, brand, and communication to support the needs of the office through the different marketing strategies that are in place and learnt
  • Co-ordinate engagement with local schools, colleges, and universities to encourage a new generation of construction industry employees
  • Liaise with local artists, schools, and colleges to promote art projects on the site hoarding
  • Lead engagement with residents in wider estate areas to support local projects and promote betterment to the area
  • Maximise office efficiency on day-to-day process and procedures in line with company budgets
  • General office administrative duties include reports, spreadsheets, e-mails, answering phones
  • Deliver all marketing activity on time and within budget
  • Ensure all regional key performance indicators and social impact targets are met
  • Report into Marketing Management team
  • Support the Joint Venture Director in setting up and establishing the new office.

Required Skills & Experience

  • BSc (Hons) in Marketing is desirable
  • 1+ year marketing experience in property sector
  • Experience in Social Media marketing
  • Knowledge of construction industry
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Literate in all Microsoft packages.
