Marketing Executive - Paddington - £35,000 to £40,000

My client a well-known successful Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team in Paddington. Over the years, the company has earned a prominent reputation for selling hundreds of properties a year on behalf of the UK's biggest housebuilders, making it a trusted partner for property buyers and sellers alike.

They are now seeking an experienced marketing professional who has experience in direct-to-consumer marketing. You will need to bring a creative mindset with the ability to design and execute all print and digital marketing.

Duties:

  • Alongside the Marketing Manager design and execute all digital and print marketing for the company, additionally for clients when required
  • Assist Marketing Manager on client projects
  • Assist the new homes department with phone reporting, email campaigns and project write-ups
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, identify trends and insights for Blog and Social Media content
  • CMS management; updating creating and developing new web pages
  • CRM assistance
  • Design and execution of the company's quarterly newsletter
  • QR management for window displays
  • Rightmove, Zoopla and Google Page management
  • Lead reporting
  • Creative writing for all blog posts and webpages
  • Database management
  • Manage and monitor the WhatsApp Business side of communications and mass broadcasts
  • Occasional ad hoc duties may include; research, run detailed reports through the CRM, office assistance and onboarding of new starters, produce extensive proposals for clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years' marketing experience
  • Proven Marketing experience in the property industry
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge - In-design, Photoshop & Adobe PDF, Canva and Capcu is desierable
  • Demonstrable experience in email marketing databases and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of working on CMS and CRM
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong knowledge of using AI Chatgpt

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (4 days office based, 1 day working from home)
