Part time Marketing Manager

Blenheim Estate Homes and Pye Homes.

Part time: 24 Hours variable

Salary Circa £38,000 pro rata

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced property marketing specialist to join the marketing team at Blenheim Estate Homes and Pye Homes. Both strong brands in their own right, they are delivering developments that bring people and places together, creating a lasting legacy and putting community at the heart of what we do.

Reporting to our Marketing and Communications Director this is a key role responsible for marketing each new development. This will involve delivering public consultations as well as launching and promoting each new development with its own unique identity.

Responsibility:

  • Driving and supporting strategic plans to grow brand awareness and hit business KPIs and sales targets.
  • Managing and delivering the required marketing mix to hit multiple layered business objectives/targets.
  • Marketing campaign delivery, site launch events and development.
  • Community engagement and customer experience mapping.
  • Developing and managing the brand consistently across the business.
  • Guiding the day to day activities of your executive, supporting their dual role of the land promotion, acquisition and management delivery.
  • Analyse target audience behaviours to develop and deliver marketing communications to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Undertake analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends, reporting back to the business regularly.
  • Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders - internally and externally to benefit the brand.
  • Managing external agencies.
  • Managing the marketing budgets.
  • Overseeing the annual communications budget and ensuring its fully maximised.
  • Analysing and reporting back to the business on the results of the marketing & communications delivery as well proactively implementing change where required.
  • Writing different types of copy depending on its purpose and proof reading all content for quality and brand tone.
  • Supporting the Marketing & Communications Director in any required projects.
  • Supporting the Land Marketing Manager on occasions.

What we are looking for:

  • A strong generalist marketing professional with experience gained in the property development sector.
  • Digital marketing experience developed for property and real estate sales, ideally for a developer or construction company.
  • Proven record of delivering multi layered marketing campaigns.
  • Experience across the entire marketing mix.
  • Target audience and behaviours profiling experience.
  • Strong brand development skills.
  • Marketing budget management and reporting skills.
  • Audience led content development experince.
  • Experience in leadership and development of a team and able to lead a team to achieve results.
  • Confident to represent the business externally at events, with partners and presenting.
  • A collaborative approach and a team player as you'll be working with and supporting other marketing managers who are responsible for the wider Blenheim Estate.
