Key Responsibilities:

  • Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Develop and execute the Marketing Strategy and provide strategic input to ensure measurable results in line with business objectives.
  • To manage and mentor the content and outreach, photo and video team to successfully create and deliver marketing campaigns.
  • Overlook the creation, planning and delivery of relevant multi-channel campaigns in an effective way and provide a focused analysis of results. ­­
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of business achievements and changes.
  • Work with key stakeholders (senior management, business partners, clients) to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Manage external agencies, including web developers and the digital agency.

Requirements:

  • Have experience within the property industry
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Public Relations (PR) is preferable.
  • A qualification in marketing from an accredited institution (CIM) is desired.
  • Good knowledge of communication strategies including marketing, PR and social media.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading multi- channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
