Marketing & New Business Coordinator Job in Oxford Circus, London
Seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator with new business and communications skills to join an architectural practice based in Oxford Circus, London. With regular features in industry news and competition shortlists, this is a company with a reputation and industry presence that is rapidly growing.
The practice has grown swiftly since it emerged in 2012. They are a design-oriented and commercially aware studio offering a range of services which includes project management, urban design, interior design, furniture design, and consultancy services, with architecture at their core.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Directors and take responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of the marketing plan to meet business goals within a budget that you will help to establish. The aim is to help the practice grow their UK mixed use, residential, and education portfolio, with a focus on London
- Research and find new clients, preparing pitch and presentation materials
- Manage the bid processes, this will include scanning and identifying tender opportunities, tracking frameworks, writing, editing, and producing packages with the support of the team
- Communication campaigns to promote the practice (digital, events, publicity)
- Social media, newsletters, press releases, publications, reports, pitches, presentations, events, and research.
Required Skills & Experience
- Have worked in architectural practice in the UK and been involved in new business, bids & PR
- Strong experience in marketing within the architectural industry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to form trusting relationships
- Working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop
- Professional qualification.
