We are working with a fantastic college in East London, who are looking for a Marketing Support Officer for an immediate start. A full time role, approximately 36 hours per week on a contract running for 3 - 6 months. The college are looking to interview immediately and are offering an hourly rate of between £13 - £16 per hour plus statutory holiday pay.
Role responsibilities
In conjunction with the Director of Marketing and Communications, develop, implement, monitor and maintain a marketing and information strategy that will raise the profile of 14-19, Adult and Higher Education learning across the borough and surrounding areas
To assist the Director of Marketing and Communications as required
To support the Marketing and Admissions process
To organise external and internal student enrolment events in conjunction with the Schools and Community Marketing Officer
To arrange for the design, print and distribution of a wide range of publicity and marketing materials, both on and off-line
To support the College's e-Marketing and Promotions Manager in keeping all College social media activity updated
To support the Director of Marketing and Communications on the management and delivery of student awards events
To respond promptly to all enquiries relating to the department
To research information to provide accurate information to other internal departments and customers
To assist in the marketing of the College's work in employability and enterprise
The person & qualifications
Must have a professional marketing qualification
Must have a degree or an equivalent qualification
GCSEs including Maths and English
