Kier Environmental - Pure Recycling Warwickshire is looking to recruit a Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) Supervisor, who will report to the Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Management and to be responsible for ensuring the team meets company operating standards, budget and profit targets and required customer service levels.


Key Responsibilities

In this exciting position with the Pure Recycling team, as a Supervisor, we will look to you to manage and lead the performance of all operatives; maintain compliance of Kier policies & procedures, H&S and other legislation, recording and escalating issues and risks accordingly.

Just as importantly, you'll take responsibility to ensure all business outcomes are achieved as directed; communicate effectively with all stakeholders and ensure good customer service; and deputise in the Operations Managers absence assuming full responsibility for the site operations.


What do we need from you?

The ideal person for this role should have experience of managing an operational team, with excellent leadership and people management skills (union environmental desirable); have the ability to plan and implement change in operational service delivery; and understanding of relevant legislation and compliance issues

You should also have the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships both internally and externally; and be able to deliver the service and management of people to Kier standards.

It is highly desirable that you have previous experience in the recycling and waste management industry.
