Job Title: M&E Clerk of Works
Location: Hinkley Point C - Bridgwater
Sector: Modular Construction
Rates: Day rate paid
Duration: 3-4 Months
A leading Modular construction contractor seeks an experienced M&E Clerk of Works to monitor the performance of their sub-contractors on a large scale new build Modular Construction project.
Based on a fast-paced and demanding site in Bridgwater, this role represents a key function in the successful delivery of a marquee project.
*This role does not relate to nuclear or power plant construction - the project is a design and build Modular Construction on a Nuclear site*
Requirements:
* Demonstrable track record of M&E audits and reports
* An excellent eye for detail
* Familiarity with legal requirements and standards
* Identify issues and inform the contractor
* Carry out detailed audit and fault diagnosis
