A leading privately owned Building Services Maintenance Contractor based in Dartford are looking for an M&E Contracts Manager to further expand the team. They have established contracts / clients with universities, sporting grounds, hospitals, local authority's and private sector with a turnover up and over 25 million.

As the successful Contracts Manager in Building Services / Facilities maintenance

  • M&E Contracts manager will be managing their own WIP / reporting on activity and remedial works with clients
  • M&E Contracts manager will be managing and being responsible for your own P&L sheet
  • M&E Contracts manager will be Developing relationships new clients / facilities managers, end clients
  • M&E Contracts manager will be overseeing and running commercial Building Services Maintenance Contracts
  • M&E Contracts manager will be leading a team carrying out building Services Maintenance PPM and reactive maintenance on all HVAC plant and hard services within commercial sized buildings for local authorities, universities, NHS trusts and Private Sector FM's.
  • M&E Contracts manager will be paid up to £60k basic + Car allowance and travel card + Bonus

To qualify for the Senior Contracts Manager in Building Services / Facilities maintenance

  • M&E Contracts manager will be experienced in Managing multiple contracts
  • M&E Contracts manager will be experienced in Managing your own P&L sheet
  • M&E Contracts manager will be Experienced managing a portfolio value of at least 1 mil+
  • M&E Contracts manager will be from a technical background either electrical or mechanical
  • M&E Contracts manager will be within easy access to Dartford
  • M&E Contracts manager will have full UK driving licence
