M&E/ HVAC Project Manager

A leading SME, established for over 20yrs in building services/ hard services facilities contractor with prestigious contracts within Healthcare, Finance, Offices, Universities and Science establishments has a key requirement for an experienced Projects Manager to run and oversee and control M&E small works/ HVAC projects ranging from £20k - £1.5m in value.

The successful M&E/ HVAC project Manager will:

  • M&E/ HVAC Project Manager will be quoting on remedial works and replacements of faulty M&E/ HVAC systems
  • M&E/ HVAC Project Manager will be overseeing delivery of projects to ensure quality and client satisfaction
  • M&E/ HVAC Project Manager will be scheduling in works to be completed, liaising with the Client, Contracts managers and allocating labour to complete the works, with control of the Project from commencement to completion
  • M&E/ HVAC Project Manager will be covering Projects in London and surrounding areas
  • M&E/ HVAC Project Manager will be paid up to £55K basic + car allowance + bonus + package

To qualify as the successful M&E/ HVAC Project Manager

  • M&E/ HVAC Project Manager will be experienced in quoting and managing installations and remedial works on M&E small works/ HVAC and associated plant and equipment
  • M&E/ HVAC Project Manager will have a qualification within a least one HVAC discipline
  • M&E/ HVAC Project Manager with IOSH would be an advantage
  • M&E/ HVAC Project Manager will be a commutable distance of Hertfordshire
  • M&E/ HVAC Project Manager will be a strong presence on site

M&E/ HVAC Project Manager - Up to £55k basic dependent on experience + car allowance + bonus + pension
