Gain exposure to a range of different projects, working closely with Directors of the business and real potential to help take the business forward in their project delivery. Established early in last century, this well-respected MEP Contractor have been given a huge amount of investment to grow their business and have had a lot of success over recent months, now looking to expand their Planning team. With a lean Planning team in the business at the moment, there's a real opportunity to become a leader within the business working on several projects in the London and Cambridge area.
Roles and responsibilities
- Project Planning using Primavera P6 or ASTA PowerProject
- Develop Pre-Construction, Construction and Commissioning Program's as part of the project team.
- Represent the company at Progress/ Planning meetings/workshop's
- Development of the Project Controls Systems specific to the Project.
- Implementing the Project Controls system
- Progress Measuring of all works, Direct & Sub-Contract
- Monthly Project Reporting to Senior Management
Personal Requirements
- Candidates must have experience working in a similar role
- At least 3-5 years Planning experience on complex projects
- Experience in the field of construction planning in Mechanical/Electrical contracting environment is essential
- Experience in construction planning in Commercial and/or Data Centre projects would be advantageous
