M&E Projects Coordinator

A leading Facilities Management contractor specialising in full HVAC M&E projects and maintenance contracts, are looking for a driven projects coordinator to join the team, based in Liverpool Street supporting the Project Managers with financial, administrative, coordination and quality assurance support. Paid up to £35K with the opportunity to progress into Project Management if this is of interest.

  • M&E Projects Coordinator will be based in an office near Liverpool Street working within a friendly dynamic team
  • M&E Projects Coordinator will be performing a wide variety of administrative and financial duties and producing reports for monthly status updates
  • M&E Projects Coordinator will be carrying out finance reporting for P&L reviews, forecasting, debt, WIP and OPO's
  • M&E Projects Coordinator will be raising Subcontractor Purchase orders, and sales invoices
  • M&E Projects Coordinator will be updating and developing documentation such as H&S and CDM files
  • M&E Projects Coordinator will provide general administrative support to the Head of Projects and Senior Project Managers
  • M&E Projects Coordinator will be paid £28,000 - £35,000 basic + 34 days holiday
To be successful as the M&E Projects Coordinator

  • M&E Projects Coordinator will be experienced in working within a project coordinator role previously
  • M&E Projects Coordinator will be experienced in M&E, HVAC, or Facilities Maintenance administration
  • M&E Projects Coordinator will live in commuting distance to Liverpool Street
  • M&E Projects Coordinator will have a can-do attitude with drive to progress their career within the business
  • M&E Projects Coordinator with concept experience and finance experience would be of great benefit
M&E Projects Coordinator will be paid £28,000 - £35,000 basic + 34 days holiday + package.
