M&E Fit out Project Manager

A specialist M&E fit-out main contractor working in commercial buildings for healthcare, educational, high end private and retail have a key requirement for an experienced Project Manager to run, oversee and control projects ranging from 5k to 500K in and around London and home counties Paid up to £60K basic plus car/allowance

The successful M&E Project Manager will:

  • M&E Project Manager will be overseeing delivery of new large projects to ensure quality and client satisfaction
  • M&E Project Manager will be scheduling in works to be completed, liaising with the Client, and sub-contractors and allocating labour to complete the works, with control of the Project from concept to completion
  • M&E Project manager will be completing surveys, costing and arranging materials.
  • M&E Project Manager will be covering Projects in and around the city of London
  • M&E Project Manager will be competent to compile projects reports and keep the client updated with the projects progress
  • M&E Project Manager will be paid up to £60K basic + car/car allowance + Private health care + 28 days holiday

To qualify as the successful M&E Project Manager

  • M&E Project Manager will be experienced in quoting, surveys, and managing installations on M&E and fabric works
  • M&E Projects Manager will have experience running projects from concept through to completion
  • M&E Project Manager would benefit having SMSTS, First Aider and CSCS
  • M&E Project Manager will be a commutable distance of Pall Mall
  • M&E Project Manager will be a strong presence on site
