M&E Quantity Surveyor
A leading M&E Engineering and Building Services Contractor with a turnover of up and over 300 million, specialising in commercial projects ranging from 5-20 million are looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The M&E Quantity Surveyor will be based out of their Oxford Depot paid up to £65K basic dependant on experience
As the successful Quantity Surveyor, you will be:
- M&E Quantity Surveyor will be quoting from bill of quantities
- M&E Quantity Surveyor will be reviewing contracts and tenders
- M&E Quantity Surveyor will be dealing with NEC Contracts
- M&E Quantity Surveyor will be managing document management and submission
- M&E Quantity Surveyor will be managing final submission and accounting
- M&E Quantity Surveyor will be located in Oxford or within easy access to.
- M&E Quantity Surveyor will be paid up to £65k basic plus full package including private health care
To be successful as the Quantity Surveyor
- M&E Quantity Surveyor will be from an FM/Building services background
- M&E Quantity Surveyor will have knowledge in both Mechanical and Electrical plant
- M&E Quantity Surveyor will have experience in works ranging from 5-20mil
- M&E Quantity Surveyor will be qualified in commercial management at HNC or HND level
- M&E Quantity Surveyor will have a Driving License
