A high end and well respected Developer based in London have a great opportunity to join their commercial team working on High-rise residential projects in South East London.

Job Role

An excellent opportunity for an M&E contractor Estimator/Surveyor to advance their career and work for a leading Developer.

Ultimately you will be responsible for:

  • Liaison with the Design and Technical team
  • Monitor changes and continuously identify the status of costs
  • Procurement of all subcontract elements of the development
  • Prepare tender list for approval
  • Subcontractor tendering
  • Raising subcontractor payments
  • Attend progress meetings
  • Financial checking
  • Agreeing variations

Person

The successful candidate must have a proven experience of residential high-rise projects and have estimating and cost planning experience ideally from an M&E contractor.

You will have an ONC/HNC or relevant industry qualifications and either RICS/CIOB or willing to work towards the membership.
