JOB TITLE: M&E Site Manager

START DATE: 30/05/2022

SALARY BAND: £20ph - £25ph

LOCATION: Yeovil, Somerset

Our client requires an M&E Site Manager to run part of the M&E package on a fit-out project in Yeovil. The project will consist of the refurbishment and fit-out of an office building and adjoining warehouse. The project is expected to start mid June 2022 and is programmed to finish at the end of December 2022. Working hours - 10 hours per day Mon through Fri with the opportunity to work weekends throughout the project to ensure a timely completion.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing/ supervising M&E packages from start to finish, hold an ECS/CSCS managers card and live locally to the Yeovil or surrounding area. Experience managing the installation of duct work, AC, plumbing, fire alarm systems, 1st & 2nd fix electrical and BMS is essential.

Day to day duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Labour Management
  • Day to day paperwork
  • Liaising with other trades on site
  • Liaising with the client site team
  • Weekly reports
  • Material Management

Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS/ECS or relevant trade Managers card
