Location: Maple Cross - This is an agile role where you will be predominantly based out of our Speke Office, with partial home working available and will require occasional travel to Client offices and project sites.

  • Education projects: The Kier Construction business provides KDaBS with a significant pipeline of new build design projects.
Role: We are currently looking to recruit Mechanical Building Services Design Engineers to join our established multi-D team in our Liverpool (Speke) office.

Successful individuals will ideally hold a Degree or HND in Building Services Engineering plus several years relevant experience in a design team environment. Able to work to tight timescales and budgets with minimal supervision, you will be technically competent to develop Mechanical building services engineering design solutions and provide coordinated solutions for new builds, refurbishments and minor works.

This role requires a passion to develop within your discipline allied to demonstrable understanding of current industry standards, Building Regulations, Health and Safety, and CDM regulations. Proven experience with use of industry standard design software including Cymap, NBS, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Microsoft Office is desirable, but training can be provided to develop necessary competencies.
