Location: Groningen, The Netherlands or Heroya, Norway
This leading contractor are seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their expanding team in the Netherlands.

Job Description
- You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting-edge projects.
- Proven record delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
- Experience of managing combined Mechanical projects a distinct advantage.
- Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L.
- Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team
Skill and Requirements
- Relevant third level qualification desirable (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or similar) but not essential.
- Trade background for this role would be advantageous
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance requirements in the building services environment essential
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience or substantial engineering support or project management experience in a team-based environment is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and presentation skills essential.
- The successful individual must possess strong leadership skills, proven ability to coach and mentor individuals in technical skills and people development areas, and should enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven team-based environment with flexibility essential.
- Excellent IT Skills essential
- Leadership, project management and engineering experience essential
