We're recruiting for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager to oversee a range of building services and construction projects in the Neath/Swansea area. This is a key role leading M&E operations from planning through to delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage M&E elements of multiple live projects
Oversee planning, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Monitor progress, budgets, and timescales
Ensure health & safety compliance on site
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Lead project handover, snagging, and final completion
Report regularly on progress and potential risks
Requirements:
Proven experience managing mechanical and/or electrical roles
Strong understanding of building services and construction processes
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates (or willing to obtain)
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Ability to manage budgets and schedules
Driving licence and flexibility to travel across South Wales
