Senior Mechanical Managers with experience working in the contracting environment will enjoy leading the Mechanical team in the expansion of a well-established MEP Contractor into European projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership and lead the Mechanical Engineering team on Hyperscale and Large-Scale Colocation Data Centre projects across the European region, reporting into the Operations Director of the business.


Established early in last century, this well-respected MEP Contractor have been given a huge amount of investment to revive their European business and have had a lot of success over recent months, now looking to grow a delivery team for the region. This is the perfect opportunity for a European based candidate with strong Data Centre experience to hit the ground running in a leadership role, delivering projects for Blue-Chip organisations and become an industry recognised specialist.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead Mechanical Engineering activities from tender stage through to completion.
  • Take on Project Management responsibilities in a client facing role, managing stake holders providing updates and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Help grow the project delivery teams for multiple projects across Europe as the team expands.
  • Work across Europe in a diverse role
  • Reporting to the Operations Director of the business, you'll get some real autonomy in your role with opportunity to help shape the division.
  • Create, develop and maintain client relationships with some key figures in the Data Centre market



Personal Requirements

  • Mechanical trades background or Mechanical Engineering degree
  • Proven experience in Data Centre project delivery within the contracting environment
  • Flexibility to be able to work in various locations across Europe
  • 8+ years Construction experience
  • Must hold valid EU Passport or work permit for Europe***
