We're looking for an Mechanical Project Manager to join our team based in Sheffield.

Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Location: Sheffield, Yorkshire

Contract: Permanent, full time.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Delivery Manager and Program Planner to proactively manage site performance and lead Mechanical Installation on schemes between £5m-£10m in value for Non-Infra schemes in both Clean and Dirty Water treatment plants
  • Provide active positive leadership of Health & Safety on site.
  • Drive cultural change into the delivery and design teams to eliminate and minimise physical and nonphysical waste
  • Oversee the management of site-based delivery teams and ensure all initiatives are supported and implemented with minimal disruption
  • Work closely with the delivery manager and program planner to proactively manage site performance and actively participate in collaborative planning and project rehearsals to ensure optimal buildability at design stage.
Who are we looking for?
This role of Mechanical Project Manager is great for you if:

  • You have experience within a similar role within the Water Industry
  • You hold EUSR Water Hygiene & CSCS card, SSSTS
  • You can demonstrate an understanding of UK Water Regulations, Confined Spaces and Emergency Procedures.
