A specialist HVAC and M&E contractor working in the education and retail sectors have a key requirement for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to run and oversee and control commercial M&E HVAC projects ranging from £20k - £1m in value across London and its Home Counties. Paid £55K-£65K depending on experience + package and bonus scheme

The successful Mechanical project Manager will:

  • Mechanical Project Manager will be quoting on remedial works and replacements of faulty M&E/ HVAC systems
  • Mechanical Project Manager will be overseeing delivery of projects to ensure quality and client satisfaction
  • Mechanical Project Manager will be scheduling in works to be completed, liaising with the Client, and allocating labour to complete the works, with control of the Project from commencement to completion
  • Mechanical Project Manager will oversee the site supervisor and support them where needed
  • Mechanical Project Manager will be covering Projects in London and surrounding areas
  • Mechanical Project Manager will be paid up to £65K basic+ package
To qualify as the successful M&E/ HVAC Project Manager

  • Mechanical Project Manager will be experienced in quoting and managing installations and remedial works on M&E small works/ HVAC and associated plant and equipment
  • Mechanical Project Manager will have a qualification within a least one Mechanical discipline
  • Mechanical Project Manager with IOSH would be an advantage
  • Mechanical Project Manager will be a commutable distance of Essex however flexible with office and home working as you will be on site the majority of the time
  • Mechanical Project Manager will be a strong presence on site
  • This role is also open to juniors (please note salary will differ)
