Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor Required

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mechanical Supervisor required for a Facilities Management company to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a static site near Altrincham. Our client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Supervisor with Mechanical qualifications and experience to join the team. This will be supervising a team of Plumbers and Mechanical Fitters. As maintenance supervisor you will be responsible for the mechanical engineers as well as supporting senior management in the safe operation and maintenance of all plant, equipment and installations.
This supervisor role will be 40 hours a week Monday-Friday.
Daily responsibilities will include:
?Managing engineers and sub-contractors on site
?Organise labour and attend site meetings
?Planned and preventative maintenance
? Safe operation and maintenance of all plant and equipment
? Carry out Planned Maintenance of mechanical plant
?Carrying out work safely and efficiently
? Ensuring a safe working environment and safe systems of work are followed
Requirements for the role
? NVQ Level 3
? Proven substantial experience within mechanical trade
