MEP Design Manager
Location: This is an agile role where you will be based out of our Basingstoke office in Hampshire, with home working available and some travel to other offices and sites
Business area: Kier Construction, Mechanical and Electrical
Contract: Permanent, full time with agile and part-time working available

KME are an internal MEP self-delivery business within the Kier group, supporting the internal regional businesses across the UK and the Strategic Projects business on complex and challenging projects that range from £5m to £80m. The business has a full design, construct and commissioning capability. The business has been operating for over 50 years with a track record for delivering on developing staff, repeat business and successful projects.
Kier Mechanical & electrical are looking to recruit a Design Manager to join their Pre-Construction team in Basingstoke.
Key Responsibilities
Working to support our Basingstoke team, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of all projects, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of required project outcomes by exceeding client expectations on programme, cost and quality.
What do we need from you?
You will have proven experience in MEP design management and have a sound knowledge and understanding of MEP systems. Ideally, you will have experience working with a leading national or regional contractor across commercial, healthcare, education or science projects and external MEP design teams.
