Breedon Group plc is the largest independent construction materials group in the UK. They operate the country's largest cement plant, two cement import terminals, around 60 quarries, 26 asphalt plants, 200 ready-mixed concrete & mortar plants and three concrete block plants, employing around 2,300 people nationwide.
Due to their continued expansion, The Group is currently recruiting for two Mixer Drivers, based at their concrete plant in Crewe.
Ideally, you will have a strong knowledge of the local area. You will have a clean driving license and preferably be experienced in delivering concrete, although this is not essential as training will be provided. You will have a proactive approach to health & safety and be fully conversant with EU rules on driver's hours, digital cards and tachograph records. You must hold a current valid CPC card demonstrating your training.
You will be focussed on fulfilling our customer requirements and therefore will be able to communicate in an effective and professional manner.
