Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer

A leading FM company specialising in contracts within Retail and Hospitality as well as other commercial sectors currently have a key requirement for an experienced Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer based in London to cover multiple sites on one of their retail contracts around London. Van supplied Paid £40K-£44K

As the Mobile Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be: -

  • Electrical Building Services Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on all Electrical plant
  • Electrical Building Services Engineer will be assisting with breakdowns on all Electrical systems
  • Electrical Building Services Engineer will be completing PPM's
  • Electrical Building Services Engineer will complete emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, lamping, ballast changes as well as small work installs
  • Electrical Building Services Engineer will benefit from £40K - £44K (subject to skill set and qualifications) + van + 28 days holiday (increasing annually) + travel paid after 30 mins each way
Requirements for the Electrical Building Services Engineer: -

  • Electrical Building Services Engineer to have experience in PPM's on all electrical plant
  • Electrical Building Services Engineer will benefit from retail experience
  • Electrical Building Services Engineer must have minimum NVQ/ City Guilds Level 3 in Electrics plus 17th or 18th edition and JIB Gold Card
  • Electrical Building Services Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on all electrical systems
Electrical Maintenance Engineer: - Up to £44K + Overtime + Package
