JOB DESCRIPTION:
Mobile Handyman required for a large Maintenance contractor in Manchester. Our client is looking for experienced and hardworking Handyman on a sheltered housing in Manchester. This job is starting in July and will be initially temporary with the view to going permanent, however could be permanent from the start if desired. This is a great opportunity for some long term work, working with a large company.
The role is working 8:00am - 4:30pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Changing Light bulbs
- Changing Door Handles
- Painting and decorating
- Line management of cleaners
- Helping out with cleaning when required
- General small DIY duties
Requirements for the role
- Experience or qualification
- A full clean driving licence
- Customer service facing
