Salary: £45,000 - £53,000 (DOE) + Van and fuel card

Location: South/Southeast London/Kent

Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Social Housing Contractor in the London area that are looking for a brand new Mobile Site Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

As a Site Manager on this project, you will be a vital member of the team, and will work with your colleagues and the client to:

  • Temporary works coordinator
  • Full understanding of drawings
  • Create a program of works
  • Full understanding of CDM Regulations

To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Experience within a similar role Able to demonstrate commercial acumen Experience of site health and safety good practice SMSTS
