Protocol are working in partnership with one of the West-midland region's leading further education providers to recruit a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to teach Levels 1 to 3 for 21 hours per week, starting ASAP!
We are seeking a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle who can provide excellent learning opportunities and add value through enrichment activities that inspire and promote learner engagement and achievement. Who can lead on the recruitment, retention and achievement of students and contribute towards the pastoral care of students.
The successful candidate will provide cover on a temporary ongoing basis, reviewed regularly.
Role responsibilities
Delivering Motor Vehicle to Levels 1 -3
Ensure a high-quality learning experience is taught that enables learners to make swift, good progress.
To implement approaches and techniques that are bespoke to the needs of students.
To attend team meetings to review learners' progress, agree specific teaching approaches, plan specific interventions and the impact of these actions with the intention to ensure all learners excel.
Set and monitor targets with learners to consistently support their progress and achievement of at least their minimum target grade.
To set high expectations of learners and maintain appropriate standards of learner behaviour and their attitudes to work including the setting of and review of independent work outside the classroom.
