Mould Wash Operative
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Location: East London
Salary: £16.00 to £17.00 per hour

We are looking to recruit operatives to predominantly carry out mould washes in domestic properties on the housing maintenance contract in Canning Town.

Responsibilities:

• Mould removal
• Stain blocking
• Painting (making good)

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (clean)

Benefits:

• Company work van and fuel card
• All training will be provided so no previous experience is necessary

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
