I'm working with a highly regarded construction consultancy in London that's looking to add an MRICS Building Surveyor to its growing team. This is a role packed with variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work on some of the capital's most interesting buildings.
With a strong pipeline of work across high-end residential, commercial offices, education, and heritage sectors, this consultancy offers a genuinely supportive environment where career development is encouraged and flexibility is part of the culture.
The Role:
- Undertake building surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations, and project delivery
- Manage your own projects from initial instruction to completion
- Liaise directly with clients, providing clear, practical advice
- Opportunity to mentor junior surveyors (if that's something you enjoy)
What I'm Looking For:
- MRICS-qualified (or very close to it)
- Broad Building Surveying experience across both professional and project services
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Comfortable working across Central London and nearby areas
