MRICS Quantity Surveyor - London (Construction Consultancy)
Central London | Consultancy | Salary DOE + Excellent Benefits
I'm working with a medium-sized, independent construction consultancy in London who are looking to add a talented MRICS Quantity Surveyor to their team.
This isn't your typical consultancy role - my client prides themselves on being big enough to deliver landmark projects, but small enough that your voice is heard and your career genuinely matters.
Why them?
- Bi-annual career reviews - not just a tick-box exercise; every 6 months you'll sit down with directors to make sure you're progressing the way you want to.
- Variety of projects - commercial, education, data centres, healthcare, and residential (no two weeks look the same).
- Supportive culture - collaborative teams, flat structure, and directors who are hands-on (and approachable).
- Benefits that count - flexible working, generous holiday allowance, structured CPD support, and a package tailored to you.
The Role
You'll be delivering a mix of pre- and post-contract services, working directly with clients across different sectors. Expect to be client-facing from day one, with opportunities to manage your own schemes as well as collaborate on larger landmark projects.
About You
- MRICS qualified
- Consultancy background preferred, with a solid track record in cost management
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with clients as much as crunching the numbers
- Someone who wants to grow in a consultancy where you're more than just another fee-earner
If you're looking for a move where you'll be challenged, supported, and listened to - this consultancy is worth a conversation.
Apply today or drop me, Andreea Hudson, a message if you'd like to know more before putting your CV forward.
