I'm working with a leading construction consultancy based in London, known for its collaborative culture, high-profile projects, and genuinely supportive leadership team. They're not looking for someone to just fill a desk-they're after a commercially astute QS who thrives on variety, values client relationships, and still gets a kick out of a well-managed cost plan.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services across commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments
- Advising clients from feasibility through to final account with accuracy and professionalism
- Leading client meetings and managing expectations with confidence and strategic insight
- Working closely with a team of experienced surveyors in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment
What we're looking for:
- MRICS status (essential )
- Proven consultancy experience, within the London market
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
- A detail-oriented approach, a pragmatic mindset, and a sense of humour
