Multi Skilled Carpenter

Salary: £19.77 per hour
We are looking to recruit an experienced Multi Skilled Carpenter to join the responsive repairs team in Westminster.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to both occupied and void properties
- Repairing or replacing skirting boards, floorboards, window frames, doors, door linings, staircases, fitted furniture, cabinetry, shelving, door handles and locks, cabinet handles, stairway railing, and more.
- Repairing patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
- Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery
- Full UK Driving Licence (minimum of 12 months)

- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
