Location: West London
Salary: £47,000 - £52,000 per annum

We are currently working on behalf of a housing association who are looking for a Multi Skilled Carpenter to carry out repairs on occupied and void properties.

This is a static role so no van and fuel card will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking a range of carpentry and multi trade works including but not limited to plumbing, plastering, decorating both externally and internally and tiling, using schedule of rates.
  • Floor joists
  • Floor boards
  • Stud work
  • Skirting boards
  • Hanging doors and door saddles
  • Installing kitchens, cupboards and shelving
  • Lock changes (i.e. forced entry)

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry and Joinery (required)

Benefits:

  • 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
