Salary: £36,000 to £38,000 per annum, inc benefits

We are looking to recruit experienced Multi Skilled Engineers to join the responsive repairs team to work across properties within the Westminster area. You must have experience in kitchen repairs as well internal and external doors, with locksmith work being desirable. We'd also like you to have good all round knowledge of other trades such as plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, fencing and UPVC work.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking all types of repairs and renewal works to occupied and void properties
  • Repairing or replacing skirting boards, floorboards, window frames, doors, door linings, staircases, fitted furniture, cabinetry, shelving, door handles and locks, cabinet handles, stairway railing, and more.
  • Repairing of leaks, repair and replacement of toilet seats, replacement of shower heads or hoses, unblocking of waste traps, toilets, gutters, rainwater pipes and any other plumbing work where needed.
  • Repairing patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
  • Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery or Plumbing
  • Full UK Driving Licence (minimum of 12 months)
  • Basic DBS Check
