Daniel Owen have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Engineer within Atherstone, for a temporary to permanent role. The hourly rate will be based off a £39kpa salary - CIS payments allowed.
Resident Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Atherstone
We are seeking a Resident Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support our clients FM contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance on HVAC and electrical systems, including distribution systems, control panels, air conditioning units, chillers, boilers, pumps, and BMS.
Handle minor fabric repairs, non-skilled tasks, and general M&E support as required.
Carry out small installation works, building fabric repairs, and general handyperson duties with a strong focus on customer care.
Provide detailed reports on remedial work, chargeable tasks, and life cycle condition assessments.
Offer technical expertise and hands-on electrical support for service delivery.
Participate in the site duty call-out rota.
Maintain a proactive, can-do attitude, assisting the client team across all Facilities Management needs.
This role requires technical competency, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
Must have:
Level 3 Inspection
Level 3 NVQ - 2357
Electrical Engineering qualification discipline 18th Edition.
Own transport
