Salary: £38,000.00 per annum
We are looking to recruit an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join the Property Services team in Westminster. You must have experience in kitchen repairs as well internal and external doors, with locksmith work being desirable. We'd also like you to have good all round knowledge of other trades such as plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, fencing and UPVC work.
The hours required are 42.5 per week.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking all types of repairs and renewal works to occupied and void properties
- Repairing or replacing skirting boards, floorboards, window frames, doors, door linings, staircases, fitted furniture, cabinetry, shelving, door handles and locks, cabinet handles, stairway railing, and more.
- Repairing patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
- Using PDAs / mobiles to complete works, key communications, and updates.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery
- Full UK Driving Licence (minimum of 12 months)
