Location: Mobile - covering sites across Wiltshire with a base offer of North Bradley, Trowbridge
Contract: Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday & callout rota for out of hours & weekends
Responsibilities
As a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical) you'll be working within the Facilities Management team working with our prestigious client, Wiltshire County Council.
Your day to day will include:
- You will deliver a combination of planned (PPM), Reactive and Extra Works engineering services
- Whilst electrically biased, this role is multi-skilled and compasses various PPM tasks, including fault diagnosis, assessing plant equipment, fire alarm, emergency lighting and other general maintenance works within your skillset
- Electrical activities will include minor lighting and power installation works, socket replacements and other repairs or installations among other tasks
This role of Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical) is great for you if:
- You are a qualified Electrician with a Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds 2360, 2330, 2356, 2357, AM1/AM2, or equivalent. You will also have 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- You will have experience with fault finding and reactive repairs who is able to conduct first line response of M&E equipment
- You will have the ability to conduct a variety of building & facilities maintenance tasks
- Due to the nature of this role, you should have a full driving license, be happy travelling across counties to different sites, and be able to participate in the on-call rota system covering out of hours and weekends.
