Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Joiner to carry out a series of Void Work on social housing located in the Ellesmere Port/Birkenhead area. This will initially be a temporary position with the opportunity to be taken on permanently.
Job Information:
Job Type: Contract (temp to perm)
Start date: Immediate
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Fridays 8am to 4pm with overtime opportunities
Location: Ellesmere Port/Birkenhead
Salary: £18.21 - £20.21 PAYE (£35,000) + Overtime rates.
Benefits: Fuel Card + Van (Potential)
Requirements:
- Joiner qualification (NVQ)
- Joinery, plastering, tiling, basic plumbing experience
- Multi skilled
- Time served Tradesperson or qualified to appropriate level
- Ability to use IT systems
- CSCS Card Preferred
- Vehicle and tools
