Key Responsibilities
We are recruiting now for a Multi Skilled Joiner to assist with our Muir Housing partnership. In this important role and rewarding role, you will be carrying out joinery & repair works to a high level "right first time" basis, in a cost effective manner. Some minor after-trade work would be required e.g. brickwork, plastering & basic plumbing.
What are we looking for?
We're on the lookout for those have a previous carpentry/joinery trade background with experience in the housing maintenance sector, ideally with a formal qualification. You'll be able to read construction drawings, be experienced in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry/joinery, ideally hold a CSCS card, and be asbestos awareness trained. Due to the nature of this role, you should also have a full UK driving licence.
