Kier Places are recruiting today for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, where your role will be key to supporting the delivery of a Facilities Management Hard & Technical Services solution for our prestigious client, the Northampton NHS.
Key Responsibilities
As a focused, trusted and reactive Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be attending and completing planned & reactive works within the contract KPIs. This will involve completing repairs, maintenance, tests & checks on assets such as emergency lights, taps, thermostatic valves, pressure vessels, pumps & air handling units (AHUs), Building Management/Automation Systems, generators, plumbing systems, fire alarms & fire doors.
What do we need from you?
We're on the lookout for someone who ideally has relevant qualifications & certifications in mechanical, electrical or building maintenance; and who has held a similar multi-skilled mechanical position in a healthcare environment. Understanding of HTM (Healthcare Technical Memorandums) codes of practise is ideal along with PASMA / IPAF certification, and L8 Legionella awareness.
