Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative / Multi Trader

Salary: £18.00 to £19.00 per hour
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative / Multi Trader to provide reactive and planned maintenance as a part of the repairs team.
Working hours are from 08:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. You will also have the opportunity to participate in an on-call rota system. This system not only enables you to enhance your earnings but also involves you in additional make-safe repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Boarding up windows
- Hanging doors
- Replacing taps
- Tracing leaks
- Replacing door handles and locks
- Painting and decorating
- General wear and tear maintenance (filling of holes/retouching, patch plastering)
- Changing lamps
- Replacing sockets
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points or a driving ban within the last 3 years)
- Disclosure and Barring Service check

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
