Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative Required - Mobile Around Yorkshire - FM Based
We are currently looking to recruit for a multi skilled FM maintenance operative to work on our clients commercial sites around Yorkshire. Duties will include all aspects of facilities maintenance work including repairs and planned maintenance on building fabrics such as patching plaster and paint work, door repairs etc.
This is a mobile role so will include travel around sites in Yorkshire. Our client is open to either providing a company vehicle or allowing you to use your own vehicle which will be subsidised.
To be considered for this role, you will be expected to be an experienced maintenance operative and be able to provide checkable references.
