We are looking for a Multi- skilled mechanical and electrical engineer in Birmingham. This is too perform reactive & PPM tasks as well marshalling specialist services and reporting to the building manager- working on commercial properties, schools and colleges.
This would be working Monday- Friday 8AM- 5PM and would be perm work.
You must have:
- DBS
- Clean drivers licence.
- Experience in multi skilled maintenance on commercial properties, schools and colleges.
- Electrical or mechanical qualifications would be an advantage.
- Experience in Lighting and emergency lighting
- Plumbing tasks ( Ball Valves, Toilet systems, control values)
- Electrical tasks ( Ballasts, Batteries, Small installs)
You will get a company van and fuel card included. You must provide your own basic tools but we can supply power tools.
