I am currently looking for Multi-skilled maintenance operatives to start work ASAP in Sunderland.

Working for the local authority on an ongoing contract in domestic properties.

The maintenance work will include: to deliver disabled adaptations to domestic premises to include joinery, plastering, wall tiling and basic plumbing.

This vacancy requires level 2 trade qualification as a minimum.

Must have a full driving license and CSCS card, as well as own tools.

Domestic and/or local authority experience is desirable.

37 hours with optional out of hours call out allowance.
