Kier Housing Maintenance (HM) have long standing partnership agreements with housing associations, local authorities and private landlords to conduct responsive repairs and planned maintenance across various sites. We operate a contract to service over 4000 homes in partnership with North Kesteven District Council and are currently recruiting for a Plasterer to carry reactive maintenance within void and occupied properties and commercial space.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will carry out plastering works including rendering, as well as trade duties such as basic joinery, plumbing, brickwork, floor levelling, and drain clearance. This role will require effective maintenance services on a "right first time" basis to our clients.

What are we looking for?

You'll have a previous plastering trade background with experience within the housing maintenance sector. You'll be able to diagnose faults, and ideally hold a CSCS card and be asbestos awareness trained.
