I am currently working with a leading contractor who carry out work across commercial projects, refurbishment, new build and the Public Sector. They are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Plumber.
My client carries out both responsive repairs and maintenance and void property work on behalf of reputable housing associations. They are looking for a time served Plumber, who can turn their hand to other basic trades in a 'Multi-Skilled' role (basic plaster patching/ plumbing ect that needs completing in properties as and when required). Specifically, they want to be able to trust a Plumber to carry out a whole bathroom install, including the sealing.
Candidates must have their skilled CSCS Card and be able to drive. It would also be desirable if candidates had came from a Public Sector/Social housing background and experience working in occupied houses.
Work is to start ASAP and will be predominately in properties around the Newcastle / Northumberland and Gateshead area.
